What we're looking for

We are searching for a talented, German/English speaking Digital Specialist based in Germany that will help us conquer the programmatic world for our clients. 


You'll be working remotely and yet be fully integrated in our Digital Nomad team.

The brief


Are you ready to actively support our innovative and open-minded team? That means taking prospects and existing clients by the hand and introducing them to 21st century marketing. You’ll be in charge of manifold projects, campaigns and clients with high expectations. As part of the Enigma team you are given the opportunity to expand your experience and deepen your expertise. You want to learn by collaborating on real projects with experienced people. Slack is your second home.
And you're not afraid to find out about new DSPs, Ad platforms and you know by heart at least one of them. 



The Must 


  • Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant position - Agency experience
  • Strong experience in managing digital marketing campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Social)
  • You are Fluent in English and German (French can be a plus)
  • Analysis skills (tracking and reporting)
  • Maintain Enigma as a state-of-the-art player in the digital marketing area
  • Very good skills with most of Google Suite


What we expect you to do..


  • You know what it takes to actively run a campaign?
  • Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel and DV360 are not provoking a wtf?
  • Basic KPIs such as cpc, ctr & cpm won’t provoke a stroke either?
  • You’re able to control and spend a budget the most efficient way possible?
  • You can chat with numbers, figures and charts? Google Data Studio (or your personal dashboard) is one of your best friends?

In this digital campaigns managing role, you will actively handle, optimize and deeply analyse the campaigns and strategies you will be in charge of.


You are responsible for the strategy, budget management, implementation and optimisation of campaigns and digital tools. This means working closely with the rest of the team, keeping in mind the objectives and being as proactive and efficient as possible. 


So, here are your missions :


  • Implement, monitor and report on cross-channel digital media campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Social etc.) & know what it takes to be successful
  • Plan and deploy advanced tracking solutions with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.
  • Be involved in pitches and client-facing situations to bring innovative & technical solutions.
  • Link client’s needs and goals with Enigma’s expertise
